It’s apricot time! These vitamin loaded and sublime apricots start to ripen in the beginning of May and are hand picked through the end of June. The Casa Barone farm is located on the slopes of Mount Vesuvio, in Campania, where the volcanic soil is rich in minerals and has excellent drainage. The apricots are brilliant in color and have an intense flavor.
