Sicilian peeled almonds 250 gr – 8.8 oz
1 egg white
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of Trapani fine sea salt
- Beat the egg white in a bowl.
- Put the almonds on an oven tray.
- Brush the almonds with the egg white and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake at 400°F for 5-10 minutes, until they get darker in color.
