“You can do anything with Quinta Luna, that’s exactly what we want from this oil. When we blend the different olives to give birth to Quinta Luna, achieving the perfect balance is our number one goal. This year, we exceeded that goal,” told us Andrea with a proud grin on his face.
2023 Quinta Luna has rich fruity notes. Think almond, unripe walnut, green tomato. The bitterness is delightful and not overwhelming, soon leaving space for the warming tingling sensation of black pepper. Bitter and spicy play in harmony on the tongue, leaving an absolutely clean mouth.

– It looks very compact but we swear it contains 101oz of uber fresh new harvest oil. It’s the equivalent of 6 bottles.
