Panettone? With cheese? If it’s good enough for NOMA chef Rene Redzepi, it’s good enough for us!
In a scandalous Instagram reel, Rene carefully toasts a perfect slice of panettone before layering it with melty (French!) cheese and folding it in two. Apologizing to his Italian friends, Rene says “leftover panettone with French cheese is better than panettone”.
While leftover panettone is a rarity at Gustiamo, should we have a few slices of Luigi Biasetto’s award winning holiday bread hanging around we’ll definitely give this a shot.
