Valpolicella Wine Vinegar

Since 1915 IMA Industria Mantovana Aceti has been making vinegar following the traditional slow paced method. Founded in Modena by Ennio Bini, IMA is now a fourth-generation family business respected and revered across Northern Italy for their expertise. In their artisanal acetaia, the prized Valpolicella wine DOC takes months to becomes wine vinegar, with a final aging period in oak barrels to refine the aromas.
