New Harvest: 100% Bosana, 100% Sardegna

Wind-whipped coasts, granite soil packed with minerals, blazing sun, relentless maestrale gusts. Sardegna is a dreamy landscape shaped by a nature that doesn’t cooperate politely, it challenges you. And for generations, stubborn olive trees have answered back.

From these ancient groves comes our Antichi Uliveti EVOO, made from a single olive cultivar, 100% Bosana, that tastes exactly like the land it’s from: bold, strong, rustic, pure.

The Pinna family hand harvests their Bosana olives at the end of October from their groves in Prato Comunale, between Sassari and Ittiri. Within hours, the olives are pressed in the frantoio, right among the centuries-old trees. Their mantra is “minimal intervention”: the most modern olive mill + the most traditional farming practices. For over a century, this family has made great olive oil without squeezing the life out of nature.

For this 2025/2026 new harvest EVOO the keyword is: green. Intensely vegetal, with clear notes of artichoke, asparagus, and cardoon. It has the distinct aroma of healthy, freshly crushed green olives. It leans more spicy than bitter, but the balance is precise, elegant, never aggressive. The finish is long, clean, persistent. This is not background oil. This is Sardegna, loud and clear. And it’s one of the best Antichi Uliveti EVOO we’ve tasted in a while.
