Disisa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Disisa Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made in Sicily by the Di Lorenzo Family at their 19th century Tenuta Disisa family estate in the hills of Monreale. The olives, Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice varieties, are hand picked and cold pressed the same day in order to preserve their flavor. The oil is unfiltered and allowed to decant naturally. Extremely low in acidity, Disisa Extra Virgin Olive Oil perfectly balances fruit and spice.
Use on ripe tomatoes, vegetables, grilled fish or meat.
