Guiliano Hazan, the only son of famed Italian cookbook author Marcella Hazan and Marilisa Allegrini, of the famed Allegrini Winery in Valpolicella have joined forces to produce a superlative wine vinegar aged three years in brandy oak barrels.
The vinegar's rich flavor adds zest to salad, vegetables and meats.
