In 2020, Giuseppe Ciccolella and Francesca de Candia, the husband-and-wife team behind this extraordinary extra virgin olive oil, traded blossoms for olives and built a cutting-edge mill. Their 30-hectare estate with 8,000 sustainably farmed olive trees reflects their passion and precision. Both professional olive oil sommeliers, they craft some of Puglia’s most expressive oils.
