Interesting article. As part of free trade talks, the European Union is expected to propose to ban the United States from using certain European cheese names, if the cheese is made in America.

The Europeans are asking in this situation that Parmesan, Asiago and Gorgonzola, among others, if made in America, will have to be given different name, From the article, it looks like the issue only pertains to cheeses.

What about other products? What about the San Marzano tomatoes, for example?
