casa Barone uses three prized, vitamin-rich local varieties of apricots: Pellecchiella, Prevete and Taviello. The hand-picked fruit is cooked over a low flame with just a touch of cane sugar and no preservatives, which means you’re getting the real vibrant color and rich aroma of fresh fruit with every bite.
