Il Tratturello by Parco dei Buoi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Francesco and Pia Travaglini make Il Tratturello extra virgin olive oil in Larino, Molise, a small region in the heart of Italy still undiscovered and where Albanese is still spoken. Their families were in the oil business for generations, but would sell their annual bounty to other brands. Young Francesco decided to go "solo" two years ago and controls the whole process. Il Tratturello by Parco dei Buoi extra virgin olive oil is of the highest fruity quality, made with local Gentile di Larino and Leccino olives. Francesco's production is very limited, approximately 3,600 litres. Each bottle is manually numbered and comes with a red wax seal. A very unique olive oil experience!
