Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Reggio Emilia by San Giacomo

In the town of Novellara in the region of Emilia-Romagna , Andrea Bezzecchi tends the same wooden barrels his grandfather used to make TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR.

Start by tasting a teaspoon straight from the bottle...then let your imagination go wild.... a cocktail of San Giacomo diluted with sparkling water over shaved ice. However you savor it, you'll taste the tradition, the passion for perfection and the patience that Andrea Bezzecchi puts into it's production.

Andrea also makes Balsamic Seasoning by San Giacomo. It's just like TRADTIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR, but aged for a shorter period of time. It contains vinegar aged for one and two years with a fortification of a balsamic vinegar matured in juniper wood barrels. Use it as you would use an ordinary vinegar....with extraordinary results.
