Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Modena by Ca' dal Non
Michele and Mariangela Montanari, a young couple in their twenties, dedicate their TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR to the memory of their great grandfather Alfonso. The name "Ca' dal Non" means "house of Grandpa" in the local dialect. With the help of their friend Paolo Bortolotti, they have restored the family "acetaia" (vinegar house) and produce TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR as it has been for centuries. Ca' dal Non handles every aspect of production. Their mellow aromatic syrup is a perfect balance of sweet and sour.
Our favorite way of enjoying Ca' dal Non is pure and simple....a few drops straight from the bottle go a long way to enhance a piece of roasted salmon, a grilled rib eye or a perfectly ripe peach.
