Chianti Vinegar by Tenuta Cafaggio
Produced from Chianti grapes in Impruneta, the Tuscan hill town famous for terra cotta between the valleys of the Greve and Ema Rivers.
This is a straight forward vinegar with a clean pungent taste and a rich ruby red color. The Chianti grapes are aged in oak barrels for at least 6 months and give the vinegar a woodsy flavor.
